The in-house enquiry into "alleged irregularities" by the MD of Fresh Produce Terminals Ronnie Kingwill would appear to have been concluded as it has been handed over to lawyers, the chairman of FPT Dr Dawie Ferreira, said last week.

Ferreira said the decision to go the arbitration route had been Kingwills idea.
